Samples Delivery
Tile samples cost appox £2.00 each for postage by Royal Mail first class post, however should you place an order your samples cost will be deducted from your total. Simply fill in the 'Tile sample refund request information' field when processing your order, and we will deduct your sample cost!
TILE IDEA SAMPLE DISCOUNT POLICY - IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!
Tile Idea does not take any card payments until stock and sample levels have been checked.
Therefore our payment system can discount your order after it has been placed. As a result of this your discounted price will only appear on your card statement.

Samples are dispatch in a jiffy bag and are bubble wrapped. They are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and you should expect delivery within 2-3 working days of your sample request. Unless otherwise notified. If you sample has not arrived within 5 working days please contact us.
Cost of Deliveries
'Economy' delivery will be free of charge, for all orders over £199.
Orders under £199 will be subject to a £40.00 delivery charge.
For 'Next Day' delivery there is an additional charge of £15.00
VERY IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION:
DELIVERY ACCESS:
Goods will be palletised and delivered on an arctic trailer. If there is restricted access, please stipulate this in the 'Special Delivery Information' box on our website and we will contact you prior to dispatch of the order.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
Tile Idea will always notify you of the specific delivery date of your order. In the advent that a delivery is made and you are not in to receive the goods, there will be a re-delivery charge of £40.00
BREAKAGE / SHORTAGES
Your goods will be delivered by an independent carrier therefore, prior to signing for the receipt of the goods please make sure that any discrepancy or damage are noted on the delivery note by you or anybody who signs on your behalf (any claims for discrepancy or damage not clearly marked on the delivery note cannot be accepted)
Additionally Tile Idea must be notified in writing of the full extent of the discrepancy/breakage within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Thank you |
All deliveries must be signed for.
Deliveries will be made between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.
If you have any specific delivery instructions we must be notified when placing your order.
Delivery is for UK mainland only.
Delivery Time
We use a nationwide haulage company to delivery your order. We have two delivery options:
1. Our 'Economy' delivery time is 3 - 5 days from dispatch.
2. Our 'Next Day' delivery time is 1 - 2 days from dispatch.
3. Orders completed by 12 noon will be dispatched the same working day.
4. Orders completed after 12noon on 'Next Day' delivery will be dispatched the following working day.
5. Orders are only dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
