Samples Delivery
The first 3 samples are completely free of charge, however all postage must be paid for by the recipient for any more than 3 samples at a cost approximately £1.50 per sample for postage.

Samples are dispatch in a jiffy bag and are bubble wrapped. They are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and you should expect delivery within 2-3 working days of your sample request. Unless otherwise notified. If you sample has not arrived within 5 working days please contact us.

Cost of Deliveries
Standard delivery will be free of charge, for all orders over £199 including vat.
Orders under £199 including vat will be subject to a £35 delivery charge.
For express delivery there is an additional charge of £15.00 including vat.

IMPORTANT!
You must state at the time of ordering if you have limited access to your property, as goods are delivered on a large heavy goods vehicle. Otherwise you will be charged for redelivery of the goods in a
suitable vehicle.

All deliveries must be signed for.
Deliveries will be made between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.
We must have a full delivery address including post code and a daytime contact number.
If you have any specific delivery instructions we must be notified when placing your order.

Delivery Time
We use a nationwide haulage company to delivery your order.  We have two delivery options:

1. Our standard delivery time is 3 days from dispatch.
2. Our express delivery time is 1-2 days from dispatch.

Orders completed by 12 noon will be dispatched the same working day. Providing your order is in stock, it has been paid for in full and we have the full delivery address and contact number. 

Orders completed after 12noon will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders are only dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
